| คำอธิบาย | The MeMTP proteins have an influence on zinc transport in several plants. In this study, twelve MeMTP genes were discovered in cassava genome. MeMTP1 was up-regulated in roots and leaves under zinc- deficient condition whereas the expression of MeMTP2, MeMTP4 and MeMTP12 were tissue-specific. These genes may be responsible for zinc balance in cassava plants. |
