| คำอธิบาย | Antimicrobial compounds from Lactobacillus plantarum LAB279 has the highest growth inhibition with broad spectrum to both Gram positive and negative bacteria, stability of this bacteriocin was determined and showed the anti-bacterial activity at thempH ranking from 2 to 6 and heat tolerance up to 100oC. These referred that the proteins were acid and heat tolerated. |
